  • Interviewed business stakeholders and mapped As-Is and To-Be business processes in BPMN.
  • Configured Odoo Sales, Inventory, Purchase, Manufacturing (BoM) and Accounting (invoices, payments, Profit & Loss) to simulate sales and procurement flows.
  • Defined objectives, scope and data requirements per module, and analyzed implementation benefits and challenges.

Retail Sales Analysis & Interactive Dashboard (RetailHub)

  • Cleaned four retail datasets (stores, sales, products, shipping) in Power Query and loaded them into the Excel Data Model.
  • Built DAX measures (total quantity, total revenue, average quantity) and ran Goal Seek, data-table sensitivity and Scenario Manager analyses.
  • Designed a dashboard with four PivotCharts, KPI cards and slicers (category, city, month) linked to every chart.

Information System Analysis & Design – Timeless Cuisine Restaurant

  • Analyzed restaurant operations with a fishbone diagram, then modeled the system with context and level-0 DFDs and a use case diagram with 10 use case descriptions.
  • Designed class, system sequence, state transition and activity diagrams, plus UI prototypes in Figma.
  • Proposed a three-tier client/server architecture (mobile client, application server, MySQL database).
